Fat Mama’s and cowboy Willy’s are open from March until late November.

As a bustling restaurant we always need staff. Our staff members are a friendly bunch of diverse nationality’s, experience, qualifications, and great personalities. This is what keeps our restaurants atmosphere so fresh and alive, to enable you to apply you must hold a valid European passport and we must stress that although Fat Mama’s and Willy’s are fun, lively places to work.

All members of staff must be genuinely hardworking enthusiastic team players!! The work is hard, fast + hot. If you are able to keep your head, be spontaneous and naturally are a ‘peoples person” then we are looking for you.

1. Chefs vacancies:
Starters chef
Pizza chef
Pasta chef
Tex mex chef
Assistant chefs

2. Waiters / waitresses - Experienced, lively characters with pleasant personalities wanted from March until November. Must have a good team attitude and be hardworking. Hours 4pm until 12pm 7 nights per week. Great pay for the right people. We do employ students for the summer season.

*Student summer waiters/waitressses - Same as above but please mark your application student waiter.

3. Male Waiter/ Dancer / Singer - experienced waiter with entertainment skills to take part in our nightly shows, birthday routines and be a main personality on our service team. Either taking orders, taking drinks, general waitering duties.... Must have a fantastic personality and be hardworking would suit coat style entertainer who is anenthusiastic team player. Hours are from 4pm - 12pm 7 nights per week. From March untill November.

4. Dancer - Professional Dancer to work from 7pm untill 12pm every evening to join our cast of 3 boys and 3 ladies- To perform every evening 7 nights a week in our birthday routines, perform in the Character show and our Cabaret show. Our dancers also work throughout the evening within the restaurant either meeting and greeting customers, taking drink orders, Giving out bills or generally looking after our guests and families this is to enable the audience to get to know you - A new concept!!Successful candidates would need a fantastic stage personality, strong all round dance training and be a good peoples person. We accept applications from the end of January each season and the beginning of May.

All positions are for 7 nights per week!! We do not do part time! European passport holders only will be considered for employment.
